The Evolve AFM ng filter is a hyper filter that is used in diverse applications such as pre-filtration for UF/RO installations, fine filtration, cooling towers, as a polishing step, etc. Thanks to the use of the AFM ng media and the patented Evolve controller, the unit can offer a stable 1-micron filtration rate without flocculation, at lower operating cost and with less backwash water used, adsorption of organic substances (oils, fats, including Hydrocarbon and microplastics) and the prevention of transmission of pathogens. The system uses 100% bio-resistant media that helps to prevent bacteria growth, channelling and clumping, which are all well-known problems when you work with basic sand filters or other hyper filter media.
